Sleep tea tastefully lulls you into nodding sleepiness. Filled with herbs that soothe the nerves and calm the senses and bring on deep sleep. Brew a hot cup and set on your bedside table, you'll be turning out the light and rolling over in no time. Makes approximately 35 cups.

* Oat straw is processed away from gluten containing products and is gluten free
Use 1 heaped dessert spoon per cup of hot water. Steep for 10 minutes and enjoy. For best results, prepare as part of your going to bed routine, about 20 minutes before lights out.
